I created BodyBeats over 15 years ago because I was sick of people feeling excluded from fitness spaces.
The gym was intimidating, time consuming and designed for someone else’s lifestyle.
So I built BodyBeats: Classes that works for your life, not against it. I’ve appeared in Women's Health Magazine, on the BBC and I train teachers to teach people just like you with my award winning programmes.
